P&P Regisseurs suggests that you read these terms and conditions before using our website. By accessing or using this site or using any information or services on this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with the terms of use, you may not use any of the services on this site

Personal information made available by users of this web site will be treated and protected with due care.

Shipping rates:
€ 2,50€ 3,50
Transaction via TNT Post
The charges include VAT but not the postage. Your order will be treated within 5 working days and handed to TNT Post. Delivery in the Netherlands is in 2 working days, in Europe within 4 working days, outside Europe within 7 working days.

What if I want to order more than 4 DVD's?
Please send us an email (info@ppdocu.com) with your contact details and how many DVD's you want to order. We will contact you with the order and pricing information for the amount of DVD's you want to buy.

Delivery:
1. Your order becomes definite once you provide your personal details and give a payment order. When you place an order you enter into a sales agreement with P&P Regisseurs VOF to which the Sales Procedure and Conditions apply. Once your order has been received, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. Therefore you must have an email address to place an order.
Return policy:
1. You may return all products ordered within 7 working days after their delivery, provided they are undamaged, complete, unused and in their original packaging. Only the costs of returning items are then for your account.

2. You may also return any products ordered within 7 working days after their delivery if the product should be damaged, incomplete or not the product ordered. You should resend these in their original packaging, by registered mail with sufficient postage to PPdocu - Zwanebloem 17 - 4823 MV Breda - The Netherlands. Enclose a note mentioning that it concerns a return. Don't forget to mention your bank account number and your order number. We will then ensure that the purchase amount is refunded into your account, two weeks after reception. If you returned the product because it was not the product ordered or it was damaged or incomplete, we will then also refund you the return shipping costs.
Delivery time
Our dispatch dates are an estimation. In general orders are delivered 7 (The Netherlands), 9 (Europe) 12 (Outside Europe) after your payment has been confirmed. In the event of a product being temporarily out of stock, you will be advised of this by email within 2 working days after the placement of your order.
Liability
1. P&P Regisseurs VOF accepts no liability for damage, except if such damage can be proven to be an intentional act or omission or gross negligence of ppdocu.

2. P&P Regisseurs VOF provides information on this website. These items are contained on an 'As Is' basis and we do not (a) provide any fitness for a particular purpose, (b) warrant that said information is current or error-free. We disclaim without limitation any implied warranties.

3. P&P Regisseurs VOF will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages, however caused and under any theory of liability (including negligence), arising from your use of this website or the provision of the items contained in this website, even if P&P Regisseurs VOF has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
